Share Your Employee Ownership Story

We collect employee ownership stories to help support education, outreach, and learning as part of ILCEO's programming and outreach efforts. Every experience helps bring real-world perspective to conversations about what employee ownership can look like in practice, the challenges, the growth, and the impact over time.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Stories may be shared in educational events, articles, on social media or as a learning resources, and you can let us know if you prefer to remain anonymous or how you’d like your story to be used. Submissions may be shared in written, audio, or video format, and we may reach out for in-person or virtual speaking opportunities throughout Illinois.
